Residenza Como is a complex located in the exclusive area of Villa Torlonia, consisting of 2 buildings with a total area of 6,000 sqm.
Our project consists in the construction of 60 luxury apartments in a luxury condominium managed according to American standards, with SPA, indoor swimming pool and gym located in the basement of the buildings.

The static reinforcement of the building was carried out with consolidation works on the foundations made with the old system of scarp walls, so we had to intervene through excavations on the sidewalk in depth along the perimeter of the building in Via Sondrio and Piazza del Pigneto.
